• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar discipline.
• Chemical distribution or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong listening, speaking and decision-making skills; problem solving and independence.

• Able to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven work and multitask.
• Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction and results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately via phone, email, or EDI and communicate order changes promptly.
• Verify shipping, billing, pricing, and purchase order details.
• Enter special instructions and update customer files with pricing and delivery details.
• Support sales staff in the field and communicate with customers regularly.
• Audit orders for pricing, quantity, terms, ETA, carrier, and notes.
• Document and resolve customer complaints and process returns per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
