Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar discipline.
• Or 5+ years in relevant professional experience, Chemical Distribution or Manufacturing is a plus.
• CRM experience required, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office and team collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Order Entry, Management and Processing with accurate confirmations via phone, email or EDI.
