Responsibilities include order placement, confirmations via multiple channels, data entry, and collaboration with sales and logistics to resolve issues while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar discipline.
• Experience with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and prompt order processing, confirmation and updates via phone, email or EDI.
• Verify shipping, billing, pricing, and purchase order information.
• Enter special instructions, maintain notes, and update pricing for customers.
• Update customer files with quotes, items, addresses and delivery instructions.
• Support sales staff in the field and communicate with customers on issues.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate as part of a data-entry/order-entry team to support colleagues.
• Audit orders for pricing, quantity, terms, ETA, carrier and instructions.
• Process customer product returns and resolve complaints per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Regulatory policies.
