Job summary

You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and customers, handling changes, pricing, and shipments with accuracy and care.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to problem solve, listen actively and make timely decisions.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call hours or after hours as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CRM systems and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely communication to customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Process customer orders accurately and manage full order life cycle.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics to fulfill orders and communicate changes.
• Audit orders for pricing, terms, ETA, carrier, and special instructions.
• Document and resolve customer complaints and process returns per procedures.
