Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Account Team and ensure exceptional customer experience from order entry to fulfillment. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to meet quality objectives and maintain data integrity while delivering timely communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or 5+ years in related industries, strong problem solving, organization, and CRM experience (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Customer Success, or similar; or 5+ years in chemical distribution/manufacturing.
• Ability to problem solve, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organization and prioritization skills.
• CRM experience required, preferably Salesforce. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and manage full order life cycle.
• Coordinate order changes and communicate with customers via multiple channels.
• Develop sustainable relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
