Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process orders and enter jobs into production systems in coordination with Scheduling and Manufacturing.
• Communicate schedule and provide proofs and updates to customers.
• Prepare shipping instructions and manage fulfillment and inventory.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
• Attend production meetings and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide exceptional service to maintain or increase sales revenues.
