Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a customer-focused team member to serve as the branch's primary contact for order support and product information. You will collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes world-class customer service, strong communication, basic math skills, and proficiency with computers to process dealer orders and system acknowledgments. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide order support and product information for customers.
• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch and collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
