Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a customer-focused associate to act as the branch's key contact, handling orders and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment and ensure accuracy.

We value excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform basic math. Local travel up to 10% may be required, with standing and light lifting as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Handle requests and system generated acknowledgments with accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
