Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a customer service oriented individual to serve as the primary contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role demands strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to use computer systems to process orders. Local travel may be required and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Proficient with computers to process dealer orders and system acknowledgements.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
