Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to advance our Order Management systems, spanning Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will guide teams across IT and business units to deliver enhancements and migrations with strong project governance.

You will leverage deep Oracle expertise and PaaS skills to design, develop, and implement efficient order management solutions while collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• 3-5 years of experience building PaaS applications and extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications for Order Management on-premise EBS and/or Fusion Cloud.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions from development through implementation.
• Coordinate with IT and business groups to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Estimate effort using Oracle knowledge to drive solution delivery.
• Work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Prioritize tasks through value-based discussions and strategic planning.
