Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems, with deep Oracle EBS/Cloud expertise. You will guide on-premise and Fusion Cloud deployments, lead complex IT projects, and orchestrate collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and IT while mentoring teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, agile delivery, and strategic prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer master modules.
• Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Draft functional designs and technical specifications to extend Order Management, on-premise EBS and/or Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Gather requirements with business partners and lead development, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with business and IT to meet commitments on time and budget.
• Estimate effort and lead solution delivery using Oracle apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Prioritize conflicting priorities using strategic value.
