Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to guide Order Management initiatives across Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. You will manage onshore/offshore teams, define designs, and drive cloud migrations while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT leaders to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Oracle R12 EBS or Cloud, strong PM and mentoring abilities, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment. U.S. residence supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor operations teams (including Production Support).
• Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management (on-premise EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Collaborate with business partners across functions to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Estimate effort and manage delivery with IT partners to meet timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Prioritize conflicting requirements using strategic value and business impact.
