Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to advance our Order Management systems. You will guide Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives, working with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to drive continuous improvement.

You will manage complex IT projects, design solutions, mentor operations teams, and collaborate across global partners to deliver on time and budget, while embracing agile practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management in on-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and drive delivery from development to implementation.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and manage delivery within time and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
