Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems, spanning Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud deployments. You will guide extended teams, translate business needs into technical designs, and drive continuous improvement across order management, Sales, and Supply Chain functions.

You will manage complex IT projects, leverage Oracle platforms, and mentor operations teams, while collaborating with global partners to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Broad expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer master modules.
• Experience leading complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• 10+ years Oracle R12 EBS/Oracle Cloud experience recommended.
• Proven ability to communicate to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring operations teams and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations across Oracle EBS and Fusion.
• Create functional designs and technical specs to extend Order Management apps.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Estimate effort, manage IT partners, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geographies to prioritize work.
