Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to advance our Order Management systems, spanning Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. You will guide cloud migrations, design functional specs, and align IT delivery with business needs across Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP knowledge, strong leadership of dispersed teams, and a track record in delivering complex, high-value IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience leading complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Experience building PaaS apps and extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, and VBCS.
• Proficient in Agile delivery and project leadership.
• Excellent communication across business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to mentor operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management extensions (Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion).
• Translate business needs into technical solutions across business functions.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Estimate effort and drive solution delivery with IT partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Prioritize conflicting priorities using strategic value.
