Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to shape the evolution of our Order Management systems. You will own and extend Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud deployments, guiding teams across IT and business units to drive continuous improvement.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep Oracle expertise, cloud migration experience, and the ability to manage extended teams in a fast-paced environment. The role supports flexible US-wide residence and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience leading complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory, pricing, and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create designs and specs for extending Order Management on EBS and Fusion.
• Gather requirements and drive development, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with business and IT to meet commitments on time and budget.
• Estimate effort and guide IT partners to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional and dispersed teams.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value.
