Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems, spanning Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. You will guide extended teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and oversee delivery across the order management, Sales, and Supply Chain domains.

The role emphasizes cloud migrations, design leadership, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced IT environment. A senior, hands-on contributor is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer master modules is required.
• Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• 3-5 years of experience building PaaS applications and extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring operations teams (including Production Support).
• Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounts Receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects and cloud migrations to advance Order Management systems.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications for on‑premise Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and drive development, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with IT and business teams to meet commitments, resolve issues, and deliver on time and budget.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and lead solution delivery using Oracle applications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams and manage priorities.
