Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems. You will guide IT projects from design through deployment, leveraging Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud, while mentoring distributed teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain leaders, cloud migrations, and continuous improvement using Oracle applications and emerging tech. US-residency is allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience in Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud.
• Proven leadership of complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer master modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations, for Order Management.
• Create designs and specs to extend Oracle EBS and Fusion deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and drive delivery.
• Estimate effort and manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Partner with IT and business to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
