Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to drive the evolution of our Order Management systems. You will lead complex IT programs, bridging Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to deliver value-driven solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Oracle expertise, and the ability to manage extended teams across geographies while improving processes with technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience building and leading IT projects, with cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects and cloud migrations for Order Management.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for on-premise EBS and Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners across functions to deliver solutions on time and budget.
