Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced technical lead to evolve Order Management systems, covering Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud deployments. You will guide cross-functional teams, design functional specs, and align with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to drive improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud, strong communication, and ability to manage multi-project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud experience.
• Experience leading complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management on-premise and cloud.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and business partners to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Estimate effort and lead solution delivery using Oracle apps knowledge.
• Work with dispersed teams and prioritize strategically.
