Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to evolve Order Management systems. You will guide Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud initiatives, lead cross-functional teams across Sales, IT, and Supply Chain, and drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP experience, strong leadership, and ability to manage global teams. Remote-friendly US-based position with competitive benefits and pay transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer Master modules.
• Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• 3-5 years of experience building PaaS apps and extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for varied audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvement with tech.
• Experience mentoring operations teams (including Production Support).
• Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounts Receivable modules is an advantage.
• Exposure to RPA, Chatbots, and AI/ML is a plus.
• Lean ITIL knowledge is desired but not required.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Mulesoft, OIC, and Agentic AI is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and specs for Order Management apps (Oracle EBS and Fusion).
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and business to meet commitments on time and budget.
• Leverage Oracle apps knowledge to estimate effort and deliver solutions.
• Work with cross-functional and dispersed teams.
• Drive prioritization using strategic value.
