Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems, with deep Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud expertise. You will guide complex IT projects, extend Order Management apps, and partner with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to drive continuous improvement across on-prem and cloud deployments.

You will mentor operations teams, apply Agile methods, and leverage Oracle CPQ, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, AR, and emerging AI/ML solutions to optimize business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Proven ability to build and extend PaaS applications using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer Master modules.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to mentor operations teams and production support.
• Exposure to CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, AR; familiarity with Salesforce, Mulesoft, OIC, and AI/ML is a plus.
• Lean ITIL awareness is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for extending Order Management apps (on-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements and drive development, testing, and implementation.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to meet commitments, resolve issues, and deliver on time and budget.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and guide solution delivery with Oracle applications expertise.
• Work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Prioritize conflicting demands using strategic value.
