Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly experienced technical lead for our Order Management evolution. You will guide Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Oracle Cloud initiatives, while managing extended teams and delivering complex projects across both on-premise and cloud deployments.

You will engage with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT leadership, driving continuous improvement with strong communication, governance, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of demonstrated Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications experience.
Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across business and IT partners.

Responsibilities

Lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations and Order Management enhancements.
Create functional designs and technical specs for on-premise and Fusion Cloud deployments.
Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements and deliver design, testing and deployment.
