Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly experienced technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems. You will guide Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement across Sales and Supply Chain.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep Oracle expertise, and a track record of delivering complex IT initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates can reside anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer master data.
• Proven leadership of complex IT projects, including cloud migrations; experience mentoring operations teams.
• Experience building PaaS extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS; Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations and order management initiatives.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications for on-premise and Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners across functions to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and drive delivery within time and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to resolve conflicts.
