Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking an Order Management & Customer Support Coordinator for our client in Beloit, WI. You will manage customer orders, track fulfillment, support customer communications, and coordinate logistics-related processes to ensure successful product delivery.

This is a short-term contract assignment with exposure to ERP systems (preferably Sage) and Microsoft Office. A strong Customer focus, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Sage) and MS Office.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into Sage and supporting business systems.
• Process recurring isotope orders and CDMO order requests.
• Prepare and manage order acknowledgements and confirmations.
• Support standardized dose acknowledgement process activities.
• Coordinate and communicate customer order status updates.
• Track customer forecasts and ordering commitments.
• Assist with logistics coordination and shipment documentation preparation.
• Process sample orders and coordinate customer readiness activities.
• Monitor order fulfillment milestones and elevate delays or exceptions as needed.
• Prepare and distribute customer shipment notifications.
• Maintain order tracking spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct customer follow-up activities related to shipments and deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and shipments.
