Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to organize and prioritize internal and external requests.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in team or project settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support customer order process and maintain ERP data for quotes, orders, pricing, and shipments.
• Provide training and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives.
• Assist with disposition of nonconforming material and alternative solutions.
• Communicate order status clearly to customers and coordinate delivery dates.
• Collaborate with shipping to expedite orders and minimize aged inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and report department KPIs.
