Job summary

Filtration Group in Wisconsin is seeking a customer service/order management specialist to work both independently and with cross-functional teams. You will own day-to-day tasks, enter and review sales orders, and communicate with customers to ensure accurate, timely service.

This role requires 2–5 years in customer service or order management, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address customer issues including complaints, returns, and credits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on order requirements and expectations.
• Maintain organized documentation of customer specifications and records.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Participate in customer interactions such as meetings or site visits.
• Meet performance expectations for responsiveness and service quality.
