Job summary

Tait North America Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfilment Representative to manage the day-to-day relationship with customers and dealers, respond to inquiries, and process standard sales and service orders, returns, credits, and invoicing.

You will coordinate warehousing, inventory and transportation to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. You will check orders for configurations, pricing/discounts, Incoterms and delivery requirements, prepare ERP quotations for repairs when needed, and

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP/CRM environments and order-to-cash processes.
• Strong record-keeping and data accuracy for orders, invoices, and shipments.
• Customer-facing role with ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for configurations, pricing/discounts, Incoterms, T&Cs, and delivery requirements.
• Process all customer orders in the ERP system using the appropriate order type.
• Ensure contract review, when required, is complete and approvals are obtained.
• Plan and coordinate orders, communicate production delays and revised dates to customers/management.
• Invoice customers in ERP and issue invoices to the appropriate party, with finance copy.
• Handle returns, credits, and repair-related paperwork; track and report on order status.
• Provide regular updates to sales teams and management on order status and issues.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, and transportation coordination as needed.
