Job summary

Action Personnel, Inc. is seeking a dependable Customer Account & Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer accounts and coordinate orders from placement through delivery.

You will work with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure accurate processing and timely deliveries, while building strong customer relationships. The role requires experience in order fulfillment, ERP systems (Datacor preferred), Microsoft Office, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous customer order fulfillment or customer account management experience.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems; Datacor is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
• Oversee customer orders from initial contact through final delivery.
• Enter and process orders accurately in the company’s ERP system.
• Confirm orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery dates.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory availability and delivery timelines to keep orders on schedule.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service through problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound decision-making.
• Assist with training team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
