Responsibilities

• Respond to customer/dealer inquiries with accurate information.
• Process sales and service orders, returns, credits, and invoicing in ERP.
• Coordinate logistics including warehousing, transportation, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain orderly records and filing for orders and shipments.
• Provide regular status updates to sales teams and management.
• Prepare quotations for billable repairs when required.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies or delays and communicate resolutions.
