Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of customer-facing experience (customer service, retail, operations, or similar)

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communication via phone and email related to orders, updates, and issue resolution
• Process and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy across multiple order types
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and order activity
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage multiple active orders at different stages, each with unique requirements and timelines
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impact
• Identify and resolve issues when possible, escalating when appropriate
• Support general administrative tasks related to order processing and customer support
