Job summary

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage orders for spare parts and machinery from start to finish. You’ll keep things running smoothly by staying on top of order status, lead times, and product availability, while working closely with production, inventory, logistics, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. Proficiency with ERP/CRM or inventory systems is required; associate degree is a plus.
