Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Nashville, TN, seeks a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill orders, sort, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to customers and retail stores. You will help in back room operations, inspect items for quality, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and presentation standards.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate basic receiving equipment, and assist customers on the sales floor. A high school diploma and 0–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Follows through on order processing up to close of orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill, sort and pack orders for customers or stores.
• Receive, inspect and sort merchandise in back room.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using equipment.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours and respond to needs.
