Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to support online orders from the store. The role involves filling orders, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to customers and stores, while maintaining product quality and appearance.

You'll work in the back room and on the sales floor, assist customers, and follow safety procedures. Priorexperience with BOSS or warehouse roles is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to read UPC codes and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment.
• Sort and pack merchandise in appropriate boxes for delivery.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain safe, clean back-room and follow procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
