Job summary

BASS PRO SHOPS is seeking a Fulfillment Outfitter to support the Buy Online Ship from Store (BOSS) program. This role fills orders, sorts, packs, and loads merchandise for shipment, while ensuring product quality and presentation for customers.

The position also includes assisting customers on the floor and maintaining a clean, safe back room environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 0–2 years of experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with stock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read UPC codes and stock merchandise accordingly.
• Must be able to operate receiving equipment safely.
• Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Fill and fulfill BOSS orders by inspecting merchandise and matching to order.
• Pull merchandise from designated stock locations and box for shipment.
• Move merchandise using material handling equipment or by hand.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain store back room cleanliness and safety standards.
