Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill orders, sort and pack merchandise, and load shipments. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read UPC labels, and basic warehouse movement equipment handling. You may assist customers on the Sales floor during open hours.

Minimum high school diploma with 0–2 years of experience. This position offers part-time hours with discounts and employee benefits as listed in the store’s program.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read labels and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders and sort/pack merchandise for shipment.
• Inspect and label products for quality and presentation.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using equipment.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the back room.
