Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Fulfillment Outfitter to support the BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) process. You will fill orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores, while maintaining quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include assisting customers on the Sales floor, keeping work areas clean, and following safety procedures. Minimum HS diploma and 0–2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read UPC labels and process orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Fill and pick BOSS orders, sort and pack merchandise for shipment.
• Load merchandise into appropriate containers and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in back-room operations.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours and communicate issues to management.
