Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores. You will ensure items are handled to maintain quality and presentation while assisting customers on the sales floor when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders and sort/pack merchandise for shipment.
• Inspect merchandise and ensure quality and presentation.
• Pull merchandise from stock and prepare containers.
• Move merchandise using material handling equipment.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain housekeeping and a safe work environment.
• Attend mandatory training and in-services.
