Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill online orders, sort and pack merchandise, and load shipments to customers or stores. The role requires attention to product presentation and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, maintaining back-room organization, and reporting stock or order issues promptly to management. This is a part-time position with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fills BOSS orders and ships to direct customers and stores.
• Sorts merchandise into order groupings and packs for shipment.
• Moves merchandise between warehouse locations using material handling equipment.
• Maintains housekeeping and follows safety procedures.
• Assists customers on the sales floor during store hours.
• Communicates issues affecting order execution, stock counts or supplies.
