Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Nashville is seeking a Fulfillment Outfitter to fill BOSS orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to customers and retail stores. You will help ensure quality and presentation of products for customers.

Role includes back-room duties and occasional sales-floor work during store hours; lifting up to 50 pounds and completing required trainings. Bass Pro offers medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSAs, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co‑workers and customers
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes

Responsibilities

• Fills retail and/or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order
• Sorts merchandise into order groupings and packs merchandise using proper containers for shipment
• Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using material handling equipment or manually load/unload trailers
• Attends mandatory training and in-services including safety and job skills training
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
