Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill online orders generated from store inventory. You will sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores, while maintaining quality and presentation. Occasional customer assistance on the sales floor is required.

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, and ensuring accurate order processing, with emphasis on safety and efficiency during shifts. This is a part-time role in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years retail/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read UPC codes and process orders.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders accurately and timely.
• Sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Operate or assist with receiving and stocking duties.
• Assist customers on the sales floor as needed.
