Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Associate to support BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) operations. You will fill orders, sort and pack merchandise, and prepare items for shipment to customers or stores.

The role involves handling stock, operating basic equipment, and maintaining back-room organization during store hours. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 0-2 years experience.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fills BOSS orders by picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment.
• Sorts and packs merchandise in appropriate boxes for shipment.
• Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using material handling equipment or manually.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the back room and adheres to training.
