Job summary

You will work with the sales team and internal departments to assist customers with quotes and quality issues, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent customer service experience (1–3 years).
• Proficiency with SAP, Outlook, Excel and other office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; US Person per export rules.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment for an assigned customer group or product group.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints; detect causes of logistics problems.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status.
• Expedite existing orders in response to inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to assist with quotes, engineering and quality issues.
• Provide explanations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure services meet defined quality standards and processes.
