Job summary

Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions USA LLC is seeking a Logistics/Customer Service professional to manage order fulfillment for a defined customer group, respond to inquiries, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams. You will analyze root causes and drive improvements to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in order management or logistics, ERP/SAP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Vocationally trained in Supply Chain Management, Technical.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or related operations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and customer service management tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
