Qualifications

• 2-year college degree.
• Working knowledge of office technology, including SAP, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Time management and multi-tasking for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Read reports and use data for analysis.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or a group of products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems.
• Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
• Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics and report to Team Leader/Professionals.
• Ensure services delivered meet defined quality standards and processes.
