Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding products and quotes.
• Enter orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in (counter sales).
• Negotiate sale and purchase price within parameters to influence Motion Industries' gross profit.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Place orders and ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
• Determine most cost-effective shipping method for orders.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite backorders and assist with returns as needed.
