Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill orders and manage customer calls. You will quote, enter orders, and negotiate pricing within policy while building relationships for repeat business.

The role involves inventory awareness, cost-efficient shipping decisions, and collaboration with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and timely backorders management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 0–3 years related experience.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Moderate computer skills and familiarity with business systems encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in.
• Provide quotes and process order entry; negotiate within policy parameters.
• Place orders up to specified limits and source products as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and determine cost-efficient shipping methods.
• Partner with account reps to ensure customer satisfaction and backorder resolutions.
