Responsibilities

• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in (counter sales).
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices within approved parameters to influence gross profit.
• May adjust non-contract pricing to meet customer needs while maximizing MI profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Ensures inventory availability by ordering items as needed for customers.
• Determines cost-effective shipping methods and coordinates with carriers.
