Responsibilities

Process Orders: Enter sales orders from email, phone, and portals accurately and quickly.
Verify Data: Check pricing, discounts, shipping terms, and item numbers before approval.
Coordinate Shipping: Work with warehouse and logistics teams to track delivery dates.
Resolve Issues: Answer customer calls, chats, and emails quickly and politely.
Troubleshoot: Fix complex client complaints with smart solutions.
Purchasing: Assist with purchasing and follow up with suppliers on pricing/delivery.
Keep Records: Maintain customer data and order statuses in the database.
Build Trust: Turn unhappy customers into loyal brand fans.
Team Support: Share helpful feedback with other departments.
