Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer support or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and decision making on routine duties.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders and documentation for shipment end users.
• Receive, process, and accept incoming POs in the system.
• Download POs from customer portals and manage new customer setup.
• Verify orders meet criteria (price, lead time, terms, etc.).
• Track jobs for invoicing and milestone payments.
• Provide timely information to customers and internal teams.
• Handle sales-related correspondence and emails.
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation if approved.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.
